It seemed that consultations proceeded in the order of coordinator, brief questionnaire, director, then consultant? The coordinator came and asked what kind of crease line I wanted; it seemed the director looked at that and designed the line. People who get very nervous during consultations and forget what they wanted to say could make a questionnaire and bring it to the consultation with the director. The director did not lead the consultation, but answered each question kindly and accurately.
