Just like the reviews said, the manager and the director were both kind. But what I noticed as I went to different clinics was that each clinic has something they are fixated on or insist on. At some clinics, when I said I had a crooked nose, they said things like, whether here or at other clinics, only about 5 out of 100 people have perfect symmetry and it is impossible to have no asymmetry, and then brushed it off. And when I said I wanted no implants, they drew a picture to explain. But they did not even take a CT, so I do not know whether my septal cartilage is small or not, whether it is surgery
