I'm looking around for clinics that can raise the tip of my nose as much as possible because my tip keeps drooping. I went knowing that Director Um here has a style of lifting the tip sharply, and he definitely does well with glamorous styles. Since this is a revision surgery, he said it would be best to use autologous costal cartilage and do the columella reduction and silicone implant replacement all at once. They seem to try to match the direction I want as much as possible, and I liked that they consider the columella very important. The price is a bit on the high side, but if it turns out the way they designed it, I think I would do it at that price.
