I had non-implant nose surgery a year ago and came for a consultation about removal surgery~ Because of the cartilage tie-down, I did not like how my nose looked lifted from my perspective, and the cartilage at the tip had started to show through, so I wanted a full removal. They listened carefully and spoke kindly. Luckily, the CT results showed that there did not seem to be any additional material inserted, and they said cartilage repositioning would not be a problem and that there would be no chance of it spreading wider than my original nose, which sounded very confident.
