Inner corners of my eyes after nose surgery

I’m now almost 2 weeks post-op from nose surgery, and the swelling is okay and recovery is pretty smooth. Since I used autologous costal cartilage, it feels better than I expected when I was imagining the worst. Sometimes when I sneeze, it really feels like I’m going to another world... but other than that, I’m just living like usual. But after getting my nose done, the inner corners of my eyes got pulled a bit, so they changed like I’d had medial epicanthoplasty. It’s not that I dislike it; it feels like they naturally opened up a bit, so I actually like it...?? I searched and saw that a lot of people experience this, but many cases also go back to how they were... Did everyone here go back too? When I had my consultation, the director said the silicone would go in fairly high and recommended it after looking at my eye proportions too, but now that it’s turned out like this, I hope it doesn’t go back... lol The Mongolian folds are naturally covered.
