My nose was low and my cheekbones were large, so I had nose and contour surgery together. I did not want the nose to be too high, so we raised it naturally while refining the tip line, and for the contour surgery we smoothed the cheekbones in a gentle way. As time passed after surgery, the width of my face became slimmer and the nose line came back naturally, so my overall proportions improved. The swelling was also less than I expected, so I recovered so fast that my friends said I must be built for surgery! Because of my cheekbones, I could not even tie my hair up and hats did not suit me, but after surgery I can wear hats often and do not need to cover my face with side hair anymore!
