If you want extreme naturalness, go ahead. I got it because I really hate pointed noses and a strong nose shape, and I’m satisfied. But I really regret not having the nostrils done too .. If you’re going to do it, do the nostrils too. That seems to help the result hold better. They recommended it at the time, but I ignored that advice and I regret it so much! The line turned out nicely, and no one knows at all that I had nose surgery. I have no major side effects or issues and just go around with it like it’s my own nose. They say silicone is heavy and can sag, but it seems like dermis doesn’t sag
