I had an autologous costal cartilage nose surgery at Nano. At first I was naturally planning to use silicone, and I even searched around and visited different clinics looking for one that does custom silicone, but at Nano they recommended no implant because I have a high bridge and to prevent my nose from becoming too long, and in the end I think choosing no implant was the right decision. I was unsure and worried about it, but the manager said that going with no implant was a blessing lol People who knew what my nose looked like before surgery either think I lost weight and that’s why my nose got higher, or ask if I had a nose job, but for people I meet for the first time, it looks so natural and pretty that they would never know I had my nose done. I’m also satisfied with the post-op care!! Usually there are many clinics that completely ignore you once the surgery is over, but this place wasn’t like that.
