They explain the overall reasons why the nose looks wide, and it seems to be a calm explanation rather than an overly detailed or overly friendly one. They drew things out while consulting, and without recommending surgery on any additional areas, they focused exactly on the part I wanted to ask about. Their aesthetic sense seems good.
