I had nose surgery before using L-shaped silicone Back then that was the trend... As time went on, the nose tip became visible, the tip lifted, and it looked way too overdone.... I wanted the revision to be as natural as possible and also wanted to do something about the silicone in the bridge, so I started looking into revision clinics.. Since the director at Highend had handled a variety of cases and could also do functional nose surgery, I made a reservation after the consultation. I used dermis and shaved down the bridge a bit while making it sharper. They also raised the tip and brought the direction back down, and now it looks so much more natural. My nose tip used to feel too short all the time and I didn't even want to look in the mirror, but now I'm just happy. I hope it stays well.
