I had surgery for a bulbous nose, droopy nose, hump nose, and functional nose!

I came in because I was worried about a tip that felt too thick, a slight hump, and an arrow-like nose. I also wanted to get my rhinitis surgery done at the same time while correcting the shape. A friend told me that Between is a hospital that really prioritizes safety, so I went there. The most important thing in surgery is safety, and after the consultation I could see why my friend had recommended it! At other hospitals, even though it was my first surgery, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. But at Between they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough...! So I mentioned that other hospitals had recommended costal cartilage, and they said that if costal cartilage is used, the nose can end up feeling too sharp and hard, and that it is not common to use costal cartilage from the very first surgery. Looking back now, I think it was the right choice not to use costal cartilage:) I also liked that they made a custom silicone implant for me! There was no need to shave down the hump, because it was made to fit my own bone exactly, which I thought was great! Other hospitals made it sound like silicone was essential, but here they said it was okay to use silicone or not, and that made me trust them even more!! I told them I only wanted the shape to be lengthened-looking, and they made it natural and pretty on their own. The director’s aesthetic sense seems really good 🥹 It has been about a month and a half since the surgery, and I keep wondering why I did not get nose surgery sooner because I am so satisfied For about five days after the surgery, it was really uncomfortable and hard, but after that period it gets better!! Even my acquaintances just say I somehow look prettier, and they do not notice that my nose changed. The shape is natural but so pretty, so I am truly grateful.. The director is someone who values naturalness and safety, and that matched me really well. Even if they say they pursue naturalness, it does not mean the before-and-after difference is not visible at all!!! The difference is huge!!! To my eyes, seeing my face every day, it really changed a lot. It is just that the shape is not flashy or artificial, so my acquaintances could not tell. If I say I had nose surgery, then everyone realizes it then. Everyone says the shape is so pretty and natural. 🤣 I feel a little embarrassed for praising it so much, but really.... I highly recommend it (I used silicone, and I had surgery for a bulbous nose, a droopy nose, and a functional nose together!)
