I went in for a consultation for double eyelid revision. I had an incisional surgery 17 years ago, and I told them that my current crease was being covered by the skin quite a lot, so the outer droop and asymmetry between the left and right sides were bothering me. The doctor explained that instead of just redoing the double eyelid line, combining eyebrow lift with double-eyelid revision would improve both the covered skin and the crease at the same time. The existing line would be adjusted lower, and the sagging skin below the eyebrow would also be excised together. Explanation
