I went in for a consultation about revision double eyelid surgery. I had incision surgery 17 years ago, and I said that the current line is heavily covered and the right side is higher, so the asymmetry between the two sides is bothering me. The director explained that they would release the old incision line and use full incision to set a new, lower line. When I said I wanted a natural, low in-out line, the consultation focused more on tidying up the existing line rather than making it bigger or more dramatic. I was also recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning
