Went in for a consultation about revision double eyelid surgery. I had incision surgery 17 years ago, and I said that currently the right side line is higher and the skin is covering it, making it look stuffy. The director explained that they would lower the right side line, remove about 2 to 3 mm of skin, and only trim as much fat above the eyes as necessary. Since my skin is on the thicker side, they said if it is pulled too aggressively it could look like a sausage, so a low in-out line would probably suit me well. They said eye correction would actually make me look more swollen or make my impression stronger, so it was not necessary, and they recommended a surgery that would make things overall natural rather than changing them too much. The consultation was calm and realistic, and I liked that they did not push for excessive surgery. I was told it would be done under local anesthesia, the AS period is 2 years, and scar laser is included.
