I had cheekbone reduction 2 years ago, but in the end I was not satisfied. I do not have any side effects, but I did quick zygoma reduction because I did not want an intraoral incision, and it just... was not shaved down enough. I still hide it with side bangs. For people who only have 45-degree cheekbones, it might be fine, but if you have posterior cheekbones, I think you should just have them fully reduced in the first surgery and not take a loss. Do not waste money on a second surgery. The director and manager were kind. That made it even more disappointing. What else should I write? 400 characters is too
