They spent more than an hour just on the design, and I could honestly tell it was truly professional. The manager was kind. In reviews, people say things about the manager, but I liked that she was kind. Also, she stayed until the surgery ended to check on things and took care of candy, drinks, and so on. To be honest, I am on the thin side, so they did not remove much, but the director told me this directly before surgery. He said they would preserve the line as much as possible, so they would not over-suction and would not make me look like a child. He said they would still remove as much as possible, but that it would be better to make the line feminine and pretty.
