This was my first surgery consultation, and I consulted for rhinoplasty, facial liposuction, and thigh liposuction. I had been reading only review posts, and now it feels surreal that the day has finally come for me to do the rounds and write one tooㅋㅋ My nose is small, and I had a Hi-Co procedure a year ago, so the bridge height is okay, but the tip is round, blunt, and fleshy. As for my body, I tend to carry more fat in my face and thighs ㅠㅠ I went after work and visited one clinic a day, with three more consultations scheduled for tomorrow.
1. O&O Plastic Surgery Consultation fee free, CT scan yes, a bit of a wait, 1 year aftercare * Nose - Director G.S.H. Dorsal bridge(silicone) + tip, fleshy nose, donated costal cartilage, removal of foreign material 4.3 million KRW * Liposuction - Director Y.J.H. Facial liposuction 1.32 million KRW Front and inner thighs 2.5 million KRW Since this was my first nose surgery, I wanted to avoid using donated costal cartilage, but they said my skin/soft tissue is rather firm and my septum is also small, so without it the effect would be minimal and I would definitely need it. My bridge is already fairly high, so they said 2 to 3 mm of silicone, but I thought it might have looked a bit high because of filler, and I was surprised the price was higher than I expected ㅠㅠ The price for bridge + tip was 2.3 million KRW, but once everything was added on, the price jumped a lot... The cost of removing foreign material was 550,000 KRW, and I wondered if it was always this expensive. When I consulted about liposuction, the director said this part would be better not to do and that it wasn't really necessary, so my trust in them went up somehow. Overall, they didn't push anything excessive, and the manager explained things in detail. They did mention a same-day reservation discount, but they didn't pressure me. I was surprised by the nose price, and the manager said they would give me the same-day reservation price and asked me to think about it and contact them later. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.

Bridge + tip + nostril correction 2.4 million KRW (additional 880,000 KRW if donated costal cartilage is used) * Liposuction - Director S.Y.S. Facial liposuction 1.98 million / 1.32 million KRW Entire thighs 3.3 million KRW They said that if the septum is insufficient during surgery, donated costal cartilage has to be used. I was surprised when they said silicone 4 to 5 mm would need to be inserted into the bridge. I said it sounded too high, and they explained that because I already have filler, it is different from the current bridge height, and that this is usually used for a nose like mine. Since I seemed to be wanting it too high, the director said that if I wanted the silicone placed lower, it would be better to do osteotomy, but I was scared so I said I'd just have the silicone placed higher. The director explained everything very carefully. But after the consultation I looked up reviews on Gangnam Unnie, and there were no nose-related reviews, so I’m still torn. The liposuction director also looked over everything carefully and explained things well, but because the areas were different from the first hospital, I was surprised by how much the price differed. The surgery is under general anesthesia, and they also have a health screening center. They said they do tests including blood work before surgery, so it is safe, and what I liked most was the aftercare! After nose surgery, they provide care to remove dead skin at the 1-week mark, and for liposuction they said they provide 3 sessions in total of radiofrequency? I don't remember exactly, but anyway they said they would take care of it. They seemed to try to match things to me as much as possible, and I had a pleasant consultation with lots of smiling.
I have consultations scheduled tomorrow at J.S.T, N.N, and P.R.N, and one more at M.B next week, but if tomorrow's consultations go well, I’m planning to skip M.B and make a decision. I'll leave reviews for the rest after I go to the consultations~!
