Before <This is how I looked before surgery> After <After surgery 1> After <After surgery 2> After <After surgery 3> Was it really this hard to succeed with rhinoplasty in one try? My first surgery failed, and I finally succeeded with revision surgery. While looking into revision rhinoplasty, I knew exactly what shape I wanted, but I also had a lot of concerns about the implant material (whether to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage), and I was really worried about whether it would truly succeed this time if I did it again..!! After meeting the director at the plastic surgery clinic, everything was resolved,, lol I wanted a nose with a slightly rounded nasal tip, cute, but with definite tip height and nasal bridge height, natural yet also with a glamorous, impactful look. After finishing a design consultation with the director using various photos, almost like a design meeting? I went into the operating room and came out. Honestly, while I had the splint on, I couldn’t really tell, but on the day it was removed, I looked in the mirror, and even though there was swelling, I cheered,, lol I finally got the nose I wanted ㅠㅠ I sincerely hope I never have to get revision rhinoplasty again, and I want to maintain this pretty nose for a long, long time. For those looking into rhinoplasty for the first time, I really hope you succeed in one go~~
