1. Before: 7 years ago, first rhinoplasty with septal cartilage and silicone, crooked nose, drooping nasal tip Right after surgery, the bridge + tip of my nose looked slightly crooked, and as days went by it bothered me more. For the second surgery, I got a consultation through an acquaintance’s referral and went straight into surgery 5 days later. My glabella was originally high, so they removed the silicone, and for the nasal tip, they used donated costal cartilage. The nasal tip had been stressing me out, and I’m really happy with how it was adjusted. One thing I wish is that it could have been a bit higher. But they said my glabella was already high and my skin wouldn’t allow it. Other than that, everything was good. Even though it’s only week 2, it looks pretty natural.
