I went for a consultation at Baroco because I was curious about non-incisional functional nose surgery. I also had nasal congestion and sinusitis, so I had a functional nose consultation as well, and since I wanted the tip of my nose to be raised nicely but not in a too-pointy way, I also had a cosmetic nose consultation. They talked about making the line natural by refining the tip of the nose rather than raising it too much. However, like most directors, they didn’t explain the details for very long
