I do not have major dissatisfaction with my nasal bridge, but my nasal tip is bulbous, so I had a consultation to see whether only the tip could be done separately. The doctor felt my nose and said that without touching the bridge, nasal tip correction alone could make it look slim enough. That made me lean toward surgery, lol. I was burdened by the thought of changing too drastically with a full rhinoplasty, so I was relieved that the approach was to refine things naturally with a focus on the nasal tip. I am leaning toward [Clinic A], but I plan to compare a few more clinics and decide for sure.
