It has been almost 1 year and 6 months since I had lower blepharoplasty. There are no critical side effects, and it did improve compared with before, but the under-eye fat was not redistributed as smoothly as I had hoped, so I am still worried. When I had the aftercare consultation, they said they would do a revision if things were still bad after 6 months, but when I visited 6 months later, they said it was not bad enough to revise at that level, and that the unevenness caused by the ligament under the eye would not change even if I had surgery again.
