I had fat concentrated above the tear trough and a hollow area below the tear trough, so I was the kind of face that needed lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning; just removing fat would not have solved anything. But when I was consulting with the director, they immediately said that just removing the fat would be enough, not fat repositioning, and my trust dropped sharply. After hearing that, I said, "It looks like my eyes need repositioning," and only then did they say the surgeon who could do repositioning was fully booked
