[Clinic A] community review

A clinic I would probably discourage anyone from visiting, even once. The reasons are the unfriendly staff and service system. The doctor is highly skilled and incredibly kind during consultations, explaining every detail thoroughly, so I trusted them completely. They do not recommend unnecessary procedures; they are conscientious and tell you what will work and what would be unreasonable.. Honestly, the doctor alone is really good. I trusted that and had surgery. But the system?? Considering the system and aftercare, I absolutely do not recommend it.. I went for a postoperative follow-up and, despite having an appointment, waited two and a half hours. The dismissiveness and neglect were enormous. Even after entering the consultation room, I said, “I have waited over an hour,” and they just said, “Yes~.” They did not even pretend to check anything and just stood there saying “okay.” No matter how long I waited, they put people who arrived after me into the next room, meaning new consultations. Sigh~ I had to wait endlessly. It feels like attracting new clients is precious, while surgical patients are just, “Okay, you paid, it is over, go away.” The desk staff all feel this way. I have had double-eyelid surgery elsewhere too, so it is not my first time, but the unfriendliness of this desk stands out. They smile briefly only until you pay the surgical fee; after that, there is no good experience. No matter how kind the doctor is, there is no chance to see them because they do not arrange or connect you with the doctor.. If I had been able to see the doctor, I might have explained the situation, been reassured by their kindness, and calmed down. But this is a place that makes you angry because you cannot even see the doctor. When I tried to book a follow-up because I thought I had inflammation, new consultations were available in two weeks, but postoperative follow-up patients were told they could only come two weeks later. I do not know whether it is the system or their attitude, but the accounts of unfriendliness occasionally written in reviews when you search this place are not lies. It is almost comforting just to see that someone else felt exactly as I did.. If your body after surgery matters to you, you want to ask about various things, and aftercare measures are important, this is not the clinic for you. Do not go to a clinic that hides the doctor; everyone, go somewhere open and kind that receives patients with their needs in mind.
