I had surgery 5 years ago. At the time I remember it was pretty famous on Babitalk for bulbous nose surgery.. I also had a very bulbous nose, so that caught my attention. Among the hospitals I went to for consultations back then, this one was the most expensive. First surgery > revision surgery with the same hospital and the same director because the bulbous nose improvement was insufficient. In the end, I am fairly satisfied. My nose was very bulbous and the skin was thick, so a perfect bulbous-nose correction was difficult, and without using donor rib cartilage, only the septal cartilage and ear cartilage...
