The upturned tip of my nose was finally fixed with dermis in a revision surgery

My nasal bridge is fairly high, so I also proceeded without any implant there, and they used donated dermis to reinforce it so it would not show anymore!! For the tip of the nose, they used autologous costal cartilage, and they also redid the correction for the bulbous nose and the nasolabial angle, and it is so much better now lol T_T. I should have done it sooner... The recovery process was similar to the first surgery, except for caring for the scar near the ribs because they used autologous rib cartilage, and for about one to two weeks, the harvest area did feel sore. People who say it does not hurt at all are lying in my opinion... It was not so painful that I could not do daily life on my own at all, but since they did cut into me, the discomfort was unavoidable...
