The doctor strongly recommended doing the nose with osteotomy, and even though it was a revision surgery, he said it could be done using only nasal cartilage alone. I liked that he did not recommend extra materials like autologous costal cartilage, donor rib cartilage, or ear cartilage, and because he works by harvesting as much as possible from what you already have, it felt fine. I only had a consultation because I had many concerns, but if you want to consult about your nose, I recommend visiting!
