The director is the weak point here... There is a completely unjustifiable push for procedures. During the consultation, they leave out all explanation of what effect it will have and for what reason it is needed, and only say it would be good if you did it. When I go there for maintenance, instead of refreshing me, each visit just makes me question the consultation director’s position more and more. Still, I plan to visit again because I trust the director’s meticulousness.
