I went in expecting a lot because the consultation reviews in this community were good, but it was much worse than I expected T_T The person waiting before me came out after being in the consultation room for about 10 minutes, so I thought the consultations were really short, and mine was also 10 minutes.. There was no specific discussion of how my nose would turn out; they only said it seemed like raising the bridge and tip would be enough. They did not even shape it with a cotton swab. Correcting my bulbous nose was the purpose of the surgery, but I did not get to hear how the bulbous-nose correction would be performed. They only said that raising the nasal tip makes most noses smaller. Other clinics said my septum was too small to use, but this clinic said they would use septal cartilage for the surgery? They seemed to use septal cartilage as the default material for nearly all patients, which made me wonder whether it is the only material they are skilled at using.
