I could walk in without an appointment and get a consultation. I spoke directly with the director without first consulting with the manager. I liked that he told me clearly which parts were not possible for my face shape and said they should not be done. He explained in detail what the best possible result would be. The director also explained the cost personally, and I liked that it was not too excessive compared with other hospitals. At least they are kind. This is also a director who has been here for quite a long time, so I trust them.
