I had square jaw surgery 6 years ago. Because the frontal effect was important, I told several hospitals during consultation, but this was the only place that confidently talked about the frontal result rather than the side view. They pursue a line that is not excessive, and their aesthetic sense seemed to match mine the best, so I went ahead with surgery. The result turned out so natural that no one would know unless they were told, and the doctor said that if I wanted a definite effect, muscle resection would also be needed, but if I did not do that, then I would have to get botox for the rest of my life
