They said the effect would probably be minor, so they asked whether I really needed to do cheekbone surgery, and in the end I did not go ahead, but if you want to understand the overall flow of facial contouring, it might be good to hear the director’s aesthetic sense too. It felt like they were looking at the whole mood of the face!!!!!'
