I had my mom get lower eyelid fat removal. When I consulted with the director, he said that for my mom, the issue was not so much the tear trough area but rather the loosened skin itself, so based on that, removal could be appropriate. The director had a lot of experience and was very confident about the surgery, and my mom also thought throughout the consultation that this was the right place. It seemed to cost more than general repositioning, but the result was good so I do not regret it. Recovery was also short, so she was able to go out right away...
