First of all, they explained everything in great detail! They answered all my questions too, and the aftercare service after surgery sounded really good, so I was tempted. But the biggest issue was that all the before-and-after photos of the surgery showed different nose shapes, so I could not tell how mine would turn out, and it seemed like they preferred a somewhat flashy, large nose? Looking at the review photos, most of them seemed to have large nostrils and a showy, sharply raised nose,, which is different from the shape I want.
