First of all, the director was really kind in consultation and took questions well. They explained things kindly and in detail. They said I have a deviated nasal septum, but that if breathing is not uncomfortable, I probably do not need to do anything about it. So: deviated nose + dorsal hump + nasal tip + short nose + 1 mm silicone implant. (It was seven million won using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage...) They said they do not recommend autologous costal cartilage because I am still too young. They also showed me photos of those surgeries. They were detailed and very confident, so I did feel trust, since they have done rhinoplasty for so long... However, since this would be my first surgery and the price is extraordinarily steep, I will probably deliberate over it. The consultant was kind too.
