The consultation manager felt very human, which I liked right away. It felt like they were treating me as a person, not as money. But the doctor was on another level. I got the feeling that, in terms of basic etiquette and manners, they might be top class in the country.. At any rate, the distance and authority you usually feel were absent, so even the first few seconds felt good and gave me a sense of calm. And then, while using a cotton swab to analyze my nose and face together, they told me that this was really a face that needed surgery in a stable, careful way.
