I had been thinking about facial contouring surgery for quite a long time. Every time I took photos, my lateral cheekbones looked prominent, and even from the front, my face looked wide, which was always stressful for me. In particular, as the lateral cheekbone area softened and moved inward, my face looked smaller overall, and many people told me that my impression looked much gentler.
Now a little more time has passed since the surgery, and the part I am most satisfied with is that I feel less stressed when taking photos. In the past, I was extremely conscious of angles, but now even front-facing photos feel less burdensome, and I feel that the areas I used to worry about because of my face shape have clearly improved.
Of course, I was told it still needs more time to fully settle, so I am continuing to take care of it consistently. Overall, compared with how long I worried about it, my satisfaction is quite high. However, facial contouring surgery has a longer recovery period and swelling process than expected, so I think the most important thing is to research thoroughly and choose a natural result that suits your own style.
