I was planning nose surgery, and since they were said to be famous for doing surgery well regardless of cost, I visited a lot of places and honestly looked around quite a bit, so I became pretty familiar with the surgery methods and such. What mattered to me was whether the parts I wanted could actually be improved, and OM was the place that gave me a clear answer on that, so I decided to have the surgery there. They also brought up issues I did not even realize I had, first, and it was easy to understand the direction for improvement
