I had surgery for a wide nose and a hump nose, and the materials were silicone, donated rib cartilage, and ear cartilage! My face itself was round, but I felt the nose made it look even more so, so I asked for a slim, straight-line nose. The swelling seems to have gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and I think it looks appropriately glamorous, so I am satisfied. I hesitated about the full face fat grafting and only had the first round, but the fat took well and it lasts a long time. I am thinking of doing it again later after it all settles. Doing the nose and fat grafting together seems to have changed my image more than I expected.
