It has been about 4 years since the surgery. The conditions of my nose were not very good, but I think they made it as pretty as possible within what was possible for my nose. Up to now there have been no major problems, but since they raised it quite a bit, the air passage became a little narrower, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, though I have adapted now and it is fine. I have seen acquaintances who had surgery elsewhere and their nasal tip dropped quickly, but mine is still holding up very firmly. If I were to have revision again
