I went for a consultation because the place is famous for alar reduction. There was a brief consultation with the coordinator and a quick photo shoot of my nose first. After that, the director came in, consulted with me, showed my nose photo on a monitor, roughly drew on it with a pen, and told me how many millimeters would be reduced. They seemed very experienced, and I left a deposit for surgery that day, with a refund promised within one year if I canceled. I am comparing it with one other place, but I think I will probably just do it here. Fortunately, they did not suggest adding ear cartilage, and only recommended alar reduction and cartilage suturing.
