I went for a rhinoplasty consultation 3 years ago. I wanted something elegant, but when I actually had the consultation, it seemed like the director preferred a much more glamorous look than I had in mind. In fact, if you look at the surgery reviews, there was kind of a glamorous vibe?? But there was also the elegant, natural look I wanted mixed in, so I went for a consultation. Even though it was my first surgery, they recommended using costal cartilage T_T If they hadn’t recommended that, I might have had surgery here?? Anyway, I was consulting
