The consultation manager was so kind, and the director's detailed explanation was also really great. In particular, the consultation manager answered all my questions so thoroughly that she felt like an older sister next door. But the other staff were rude Every time I asked a question, they had this disgusted look on their faces, so I kept wondering if I'd done something wrong. And they do pressure you to book on the spot, but they said refunds are possible, so I'm leaving a deposit and going around consulting other clinics
