I finally went for a consultation for a non-implant nose surgery, and I was afraid of putting silicone in the bridge because of side effects, so I only wanted the tip to be lifted a bit.First I had a CT scan, then a consultation with the manager, and after that I met with the surgeon. He analyzed my nose in very fine detail. I explained that my bridge is already somewhat high, but I have a slight dorsal hump and the drooping tip bothers me, and he said there was absolutely no need to force an artificial height by adding silicone.He said that by smoothing out the hump and refining the bridge line, then using septal cartilage to raise the tip neatly, the result would be safe and natural.The follow-up meeting with the manager after the surgeon consultation was also very satisfying, because instead of pushing surgery, she answered my questions about budget and aftercare very kindly.
