One side of my nose had been blocked for quite a long time. At first I thought it was just rhinitis and endured it with medication, but even as time passed it did not improve, and because I could only breathe through one side when sleeping, my sleep quality was really bad. I started sleeping with my mouth open more often, so when I woke up in the morning my throat was always dry. After being examined at the hospital, I was told that the septum was deviated to one side and the inferior turbinate was also enlarged, so air was not flowing well.
