After my first surgery, the tip dropping was a given, and the bridge was too high... a textbook first-surgery failure case. Before going in, I told them to make this my last surgery and that my only wish was to have a pretty nose tip I was that desperate Then on day 7, the moment the splint came off, I was so shocked thinking, I can actually have a nose tip like this... The bruising lasted about a week, but I think it was gone before the two-week mark. And lowering the columella and doing nasolabial angle correction together was the best decision. I didn't even know what nasolabial angle correction was, but after hearing the consultation, I thought I absolutely had to do it. I think nasolabial angle correction played a big part in making the tip look pretty. After the consultation I looked it up and found out it was a hospital famous for nasolabial angles. The hospital is CODE Plastic Surgery, and they are definitely good at lowering the nasolabial angle and columella. Also, at least up to two months, the tip hasn't dropped and has been holding up well. I really want this to be my last surgery...
