About 1 year ago, I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage for rhinitis, three types of nostril lowering, silicone for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip to lengthen the nose and correct the crooked nose. The surgery took more than 6 hours, the scar from harvesting the autologous costal cartilage was large, and it hurt. Even now, 1 year later, the scar is still large.
