Escaping a bulbous nose in Daejeon

I was a total bulbous-nose person... so while looking for a place that would nicely refine the nostrils, I had surgery at a clinic in Daejeon. I also had a bit of a masculine nose shape, so I wanted a more feminine line, and I really put in the effort visiting a lot of places in person. I had a lot of material to think about too. People around me kept saying I didn’t need autologous costal cartilage for the first surgery, and I went back and forth comparing it with donated rib cartilage... but I decided on autologous costal cartilage because I thought something sturdier and more stable would be better, and I also had the columella extended. During the consultation, I felt the staff took good care of patients after surgery too, and they were very kind. The result is seriously beyond words.. I’m 200 percent satisfied. I’d heard it was hard to succeed on the first try with a bulbous nose, but I think I was one of the lucky cases who did well on the first attempt. The tip has come together beautifully, the overall line looks feminine, and it fits exactly the look I wanted. It’s been 6 months now, and the shape has stayed the same without deforming. I don’t think about revision surgery at all anymore, and I just keep looking in the mirror all day~~
