My nose spread out, so when seen from the front it looked very blunt, which was my biggest complex. I went through consultations at 3 places and picked the one that gave the most detailed facial analysis, the best CT explanation, and the prettiest shape. I got nostril reduction, short nose correction, and bulbous nose correction all at once, and it is amazing how much slimmer it looks from the front lol I really hate when surgery looks obvious and overdone, but they narrowed it to just the right amount to suit my face naturally. If you are worried about wide nostrils, I recommend having reduction done together too.
