It was the worst consultation among the clinics I have been to. I did feel some inconvenience with things like the waiting system while visiting clinics, but I did not really feel that they were rude during the consultation. Here, there is an uncomfortable sense of awkwardness. They said the philtrum can be shortened by this much, and when I asked another question and then asked again what shape it would be if reduced, or whether my teeth would show too much, the answer was basically that it can be done as discussed earlier, so I was trying to decide the mouth shape once...
